PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Inventory parts used on an installation job or service job will automatically be reduced from the appropriate truck or warehouse when the invoice is posted. Truck stock can be monitored on a daily or weekly basis to determine that all vehicles have adequate supplies to complete and bill service calls.
The system will provide the user with easy access to product inquiries to determine stock status as well as the location of the closest part should a stock-out occur. Better utilization of inventory levels and inventory location will enhance profitability by reducing call-backs and incomplete service calls due to parts availability. Additionally, inventory transfer and inventory replenishment reports will augment the purchase order system and will allow improved control in purchasing procedures.
This module provides a total management system for your company's sales activities and results in reduced inventory levels through a sophisticated but easy to use inventory tracking system.
