FACS Job Costing Software

PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

The PROFIT TRACKER JOB COST MANAGEMENT module maintains current job reports and updates the accounting system. When a material requisition is issued for a job it will be tracked against the job and inventory will be reduced accordingly. If a purchase is made for a specific job, accounts payable will update the job automatically. When labor hours are entered to the system, job cost and payroll are automatically updated.

The Job Cost module will track estimated, actual, and committed costs on each job. The contract sales amount, when compared to the estimated costs, will project the jobs estimated markup and estimated gross margin.

As the job progresses through completion, this module will report the percentage of completion of each job phase. This will allow management to monitor costs on a daily basis and provide needed information to make informed management decisions in the installation department.

The Job Cost module will also create job billing invoices that will automatically merge to Accounts Receivable for end-of-month statements. The journal entries created by this module are then automatically sent to the General Ledger to generate financial statements.
