PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
The PROFIT TRACKER SERVICE MANAGEMENT module allows your service department to receive and dispatch emergency service as well as schedule future committed service and service contract work. The system supports both residential and commercial service applications. The software has the ability to group units by unit location or area served, track specific job tasks for each piece of equipment and then schedule the inspection. It also provides long term manpower scheduling reports showing contract commitment for the next twelve months.
The Service Management module also incorporates work order billing, to insure that your billing is sent to your customers in a timely fashion thus positively affecting your cash flow.
