The PROFIT TRACKERGeneral Ledger module is a fully automated system far maintaining complete business records. The system was designed in response to specifications prepared by an advisory board of Certified Accountants and meets or exceeds all accounting requirements.

The module allows you to enter current period transactions as well prior period transactions and adjustments.

Maintains Two Years of Data
Supports Up to 999 Companies with up to 999,999 Departments within Each Company
Supports a Three - Six - Six Numbering Structure:

000 = Company Number
000000 = General Ledger Account Number (Variable)
000000 = Department Number (Variable)


Prepares Consolidating and Consolidated Reports
Permits Trial Posting of all Transaction Data
Maintains Data from the Previous and Current Year, and Budget Projections for Tracking and Comparison Purposes
Posts the Current Month Even Closing the Previous Month
Adds Transactions to Previously Closed Periods and have their Effect Extend Through the Fiscal Year
Directly Receives Data from other Modules
Prints or Displays Financial Statements in 11 Different Formats
Supports 12 or 13 Accounting Periods with User-Defined Starting and Ending Dates
Provides Report Writer Feature to Prepare User-Defined Reports
Keeps General Ledger Data Open for Two Years (26 Fiscal Periods)
